Yoshi’s started as a restaurant but eventually took our delicious food and show on the road after we were tired of being under tents while serving at all the major University of Utah sporting events. Thus, we built the truck and premiered it and the first Utes home game. Since then we have been perfecting how we are not only the best but the fastest food truck in Utah. When we say we can serve from 10-1,000 we mean it!
